You will be responsible for implementing the ongoing development of the company's websites. You will also be responsible for performing day-to-day site maintenance on several web sites, setting company standards for design, performing navigation and browser compatibility, performing quality-control for third party content, and maintaining and develop small web applications. Additional responsibilities will include document webbest practices and write maintainable HTML/ASP code with lots of comment tags, assist in development of a new look and feel for web sites, update all content, assist in the redevelopment, and maintenance of all large scale portal sites and advise staff and outside agencies on how to best optimize their content for online deployment. File security is another important technical requirement. This is a job that requires a wide range of skills and abilities, and ultimately will be responsible for every web server and website hosted there. Your role will also assume the role of a web designer in many cases. You must know about the client's business and the industry to which it belongs. If the goal is to sell products or services to customers, you must learn about the client's marketing policies and sales objectives.
- 2+ years of experience with HTML 3.2/4.0 at the tag level, no WYSIWYG is required.
- 2+ years of DHTML, COM and client-side JavaScript programming experience is also required. Also proficient in XML development and SSL functionality.
- 2+ years of thorough knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms/major browsers is necessary.
- 2+ years of Microsoft server-side VBScript and ASP development experience is also necessary.
- 2+ years conversion of existing images (TIFF, BMP, PSD) for online use (JPG, GIF) using Adobe ImageReady and PhotoShop is a must. Proficient with FLASH and FLEX code.
- 3+ years of thorough knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms/major browsers is also a must.

Job description:
For our web site designer / developer positions, applicants must be skilled in multiple aspects of web site design including HTML coding, JavaScript, web graphics design, and user interface design.
Applicants should be skilled in creation of web-ready graphic images, animation, PDF documents, and multimedia files. Knowledge of web site design tools, such as Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks, as well as standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, strongly recommended. Experience with e-commerce web sites will be very helpful.
Qualifications:
Expertise in current Internet standards, including Web browsers and browser specifications. Experience with managing web site content. Ability to learn new Internet and authoring technologies relevant for web site development.
Understanding of dynamic or active web content and the use of C/C++, CGI, and/or SQL. Working knowledge of networking technologies, including security and encryption on the Internet, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to clearly document all projects and to manage bug reports from web clients. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff. Attention to detail is required.
In-depth knowledge of one or more current web markup or scripting languages:

Extensive experience with two or more desktop publishing/imaging applications:

- Presentation (MS PowerPoint, Astound)

Job description:
For our graphic designer positions, applicants must be skilled in multiple aspects of graphic design including corporate identity projects, print design, banners, and web site design. Candidates will work closely with web site designers / developers, programmers, and the online marketing team.
Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash and Illustrator strongly recommended. Experience in web site projects, helpful.
